1 >> We have no minimum order, but those under $20 will have a $2 service charge applied. This includes special order items.
2 >> Order under ONE name only!!! And we need your street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.
3 >> When using our 800 number to place an order, please have your order ready in advance. Thanks!!
1 >> We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, money orders and personal checks.
2 >> Open accounts are available to qualified customers. Applications are available upon request.
3 >> You pay only for items that are actually shipped. Back ordered items are billed at the time of shipment.
4 >> Credit slips are sent if you have a credit coming back to you from an order. Return it as partial payment on your next order or for a refund. NOTE: CREDIT SLIPS EXPIRE AFTER 6 MONTHS!!
5 >> Due slips mean there is an amount due on your order. Return the slip with your payment. We do not send statements, so it is up to you to ensure your bill is paid promptly.
6 >> There will be a $20 service charge on any returned checks!
1 >> We reserve the right to change prices on merchandise and shipping as needed without prior notice.
2 >> Orders for $50 to $99.99 earn a 5% discount. Orders $100 or more get a 10% discount. NOTE: Not all items are discountable, but they will help you earn discounts on other items.
1 >> Minimum charge is $4.95 (plus extra insurance, if needed). Add $1 for boxes containing eggs.
2 >> We ship primarily by UPS, occasionally we also use the U.S. Postal Service.
3 >> Allow extra time for shipping special ordered items and marked or cut eggs.
4 >> We may opt to hold your order for a few days if an out-of-stock item is due in shortly.
1 >> Please check the box marked "BACK ORDER" or "CANCEL" on your order form, so we will know which to do!
2 >> Shipping is billed on back orders. We won't back order if items total less than $15.
1 >> You may return any item for any reason (except special order items.)
2 >> We pay return shipping only if the return is due to an error on our part.
3 >> Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods, or a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
4 >> Returned items must be in original condition.
1 >> CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT!!! If an item is missing, notify us.
2 >> If damage occurs during shipping, call UPS or your local Post Office to report it. Save all packing and damaged goods for them to pick up.
3 >> Some items can be damaged by freezing, such as water-based finishes or paints. If you order these items during cold weather, we will ship them, but we cannot be responsible for possible damage due to freezing.
4 >> ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED OF OR MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS
1 >> Please specify air or surface shipping. We will choose if you do not. Eggshells are shipped by air only.
2 >> Add 15% of order total for surface shipping and 25% for air. The difference will be billed or credited.
3 >> Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks from foriegn banks. Please use a credit card, or money order in U.S. funds only.
4 >> Shipping eggshells: Eggshells are priced at the "each" price, and there is an additional fee for paperwork, fumigation, and special packing.
5 >> IMPORTANT!!! If damage occurs to items (other than eggshells), immediately notify your local Post Office to report the damage. DO NOT SEND THE ITEM(S) BACK TO US! IF YOU DO, WE CANNOT GET REIMBURSED FOR THEM, WHICH WOULD PREVENT US FROM REIMBURSING YOU!!!
